Warm Milk with a Spice Kick

- 10 oz. of your favorite milk or milk alternative (I like almond milk or coconut beverage for this one)
- 4 cardamom pods
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- ½ tsp. of raw honey
- Heat milk and spices over medium-low heat.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Strain and stir in the honey.
